Diagnostic-treatment algorithms in prevention of postoperative pulmonary embolism

Monitoring of the venous system of in fenior vena cava held from second postoperative day and repeated in 4, 6, 8 days. Depending on the results of the obtained ultrasonographic examination veins of IVC system there is defined further substantiated medical tactics that can prevent the development of pulmonary embolism.
