THE FIRST EXPERIENCE OF ENDOBILIARY SURGERY IN BUKOVYNA

The article shows the fi rst experience of endobiliary operations in patients with obstructive jaundice of various etiology in
Bukovyna. Accurate preoperative diagnosis of the causes of obstructive jaundice helps to optimize surgical treatment, reduces the
incidence of complications in the postoperative period. The analysis of etiological causes of obstructive jaundice and characteristic
of prigress of the disease are shown. In clinical material (35 patients) showed high effi ciency endobiliary interventions that not
required narcosis, don’t cause signifi cant operative trauma, in a diagnostic and treatment process. This avoids the execution of
open operations and improve immediate and long-term outcomes in patients with obstructive jaundice.
