Early diagnosis of acute pathology of the abdominal cavity is always relevant. In this regard, important in the diagnosis of acute
disease gets laparoscopy. Comprehensive study on the use of laparoscopic single-access surgery of the abdomen is relevant today.
In the present work 14 patients with previously transferred operation abdominal shown, the effectiveness of single-access during
diagnostic laparoscopy to clarify the nature of acute abdominal pathology and possible implementation of a particular surgery
the same access. One-port surgery involves fi tting an open port to prevent the risk of damage to internal organs, especially the
intestines. The presence of additional instrumentation channels to the port fl anges allowed to impose additional manipulators
possible to separate intra-abdominal adhesions. The use of additional tools allowed to conduct adheziolizis, sanitation and
drainage basin at salpingoophoritis, resection of gangrenous great equalizers when omentitis, Meckel diverticulum resection at
infl ammation and others.
