During the period 2006–2015, in the Kyiv City Hospital №3 in the Kyiv Scientifi c-Practical Center of Nephrology and Dialysis
were examined and treated 6254 patients with a chronic disease of the kidneys of IV–V stages, which conducts routine dialysis.
Among them, 98 (1.6 %) had severe acute gastroduodenal bleeding ulcers. Mini-invasive endoscopic methods of hemostasis acute
gastroduodenal bleeding ulcers in patients with a chronic disease of the kidneys IV–V stages, have a number of advantages,
which reduce mortality in these patients. Forced surgery due to the aggressive course of complications of peptic ulcer disease
remains "desperate operation" that holds the high mortality rates in these patients.
