Inclusion of surgical stress factor in scale of J. Caprini A. (2012) objectivize system for determining the risk of postoperative venous thromboembolic complications and makes it possible to carry out distribution the patients with surgical pathology into groups with high, moderate and low risk of postoperative venous thrombosis. The frequency of postoperative thrombosis in the surgical patient’sat high surgical stress is 25.68 %, with moderate surgical stress – 19.31 %, the lowest surgical stress – 13.75 %.References
