We analyzed the treatment of 97 patients treated in urological department in 2009–2013.
The first stage of the minimally invasive treatment of the obstruction of the upper urinary tract caused by the urolithiasis – kidney calculus, ureter, ureteral stricture caused by the long-term stone impaction, hydronephrosis caused by the pyelourethral segment (PUS) and the terminal hydro(pyo)nephrosis) after the JJ stenting failure includes the percutaneous nephrostomy under the ultrasound control. In 4–6 weeks after the normalization of laboratory and clinical parameters we perform the second stage of the definitive treatment: URS, PNL, laser lithotripsy.References
