Abstract

Выполнены 92 операции по поводу опухолей надпочечников. 53 больных оперированы лапароскопически, из них правосторонняя адреналэктомия выполнена у 45 пациентов, левосторонняя — у 8 больных. Конверсий было 4. Перевязка центральной вены на первом этапе операции позволяет предупредить опасное кровотечение и катехоламиновый криз.
