Применение магнита для извлечения осколков при минновзрывных ранениях

Описаны методы успешного удаления металлических осколков при помощи магнита из мягких тканей.
Приобретён опыт извлечения осколков при использовании малых оперативных доступов или по ходу раневого
канала. В результате сократилось время пребывания больного в стационаре и снизилось количество
осложнений. Данная методика позволяет точно определить месторасположение осколка.
