Дифференцированный подход к лечению больных с холангитом

Основу исследования составили 217 больных механической желтухой доброкачественного генеза, осложненной
гнойным холангитом. У 53 больных с холемическим эндотоксикозом III—IV степени применяли плазмаферез
после предварительной миниинвазивной декомпрессии желчевыводящих путей. Из них у 27 больных
плазмаферез сочетали с непрямой электрохимической детоксикацией плазмы гипохлоритом натрия, а у 26 — с
дополнительным озонированием плазмы с последующей ее реинфузией.
