Abstract
Проаналізовані результати лікування 30 хворих на рак шлунка, які отримували хіміотерапію 5-фторурацилом у післяопераційному періоді. Ад’ювантна хіміотерапія призводить до посилення процесів пероксидного окиснення ліпідів та білків у крові хворих. Застосування супровідного лікування мелатоніном та тіотріазоліном під час проведення хіміотерапії приводило до зниження рівня продуктів пероксидного окиснення ліпідів і білків та активації ферментів антиоксидантного захисту.Downloads
