Токсико-септичний бiлiарний синдром як причина органної та полiорганної дисфункцiї.
Abstract
Аналіз проведених досліджень дав можливість визначити клінічні критерії перебігу токсико-септичного біліарного синдрому та сформувати його клініко-морфологічне визначення і класифікацію для оптимізації діагностично- лікувального алгоритму, адаптовану до умов вітчизняних лікувальних закладів, які надають допомогу пацієнтам із патологією гепатобіліарної системи та її органів. Аналіз проведених досліджень дозволив розробити класифікацію токсико-септичного біліарного синдрому як причини органної та поліорганної дисфункції, удосконалити методи профілактики розвитку біліарного сепсису.Downloads
