Abstract

Узагальнено результати біохімічного дослідження крові у 40 свиней в’єтнамської породи зі змодельованою тонкокишковою непрохідністю. Встановлено, що перебіг захворювання і хірургічне відновлення прохідності тонкої кишки в умовах експерименту супроводжувались значними змінами біохімічних показників крові, які свідчать про наростання ендогенної інтоксикації, що є підставою для проведення дезінтоксикаційної та гепатопротекторної терапії, в поєднанні з інтестинальним лікуванням як в до-, так і в післяопераційному періодах.
