В работе представлен анализ результатов хирургического лечения 78 больных с местно-распространенным раком прямой кишки, осложненным прорастанием в соседние органы. Среди основных мероприятий, позволяющих выполнить у 94,8 % больных операции в радикальном объеме, были применение этапной хирургической тактики, применение посиндромального подхода и широкое использование комбинированных оперативных вмешательств.Downloads
