Volodymyr Oleksandrovych was born on April 7, 1956 in the town of Olhopil, Chechelnytskyi district, Vinnytsia region, into a family of doctors who instilled in him a love of medicine. He studied at secondary school No. 1 in Bershad, which he graduated with honors. In 1980, he graduated from Vinnytsia National Medical University named after M. I. Pirogov. During his student years, he headed a surgery club, where his love for scientific research, searches, and surgery was manifested.Downloads
