The aim of the work: to investigate the main indicators of lipoperoxidation processes, oxidative metabolism of proteins, the state of antioxidant protection, cellular and humoral immunity in rats with various types of exposure to the wound process.
Materials and Methods. The experiment was conducted on 45 white sexually mature rats of both sexes with an initial weight of (220±12) g, which were modeled with type 1 diabetes. All animals were divided into three groups, 15 animals in each group. The control group included 15 animals that were not simulated with a wound on the hind limb. The 1st experimental and 2nd experimental groups included 15 individuals each, who underwent simulation of a wound on the hind limb in combination with venous hypertension.
The impact on the wound process in two experimental groups was carried out by the method of ultrasonic debridement, using the Woodpecker piezo bone surgery device. In the second experimental group, the wound process was additionally influenced by the method of Platelet-rich plasma injections (injections of plasma enriched with platelets).
Results and Discussion. The obtained data indicate that faster wound healing occurs due to the method of influencing the wound process of ultrasonic debridement in combination with injections of platelet-rich plasma. There was an increase in the indicators of peroxide oxidation, a decrease in the rate of their inactivation by the components of the antioxidant system. The study of endogenous intoxication showed that this process is accompanied by an increase in indicators of endogenous intoxication – medium mass molecules, the erythrocyte index of intoxication, as well as a violation of the cellular and humoral link of immunity in the form of T-lymphocytopenia and an increase in the functional activity of B-lymphocytes with an increase in the content of the main serum immunoglobulins , which is associated with an increase in the intensity of their formation or a violation of the elimination mechanisms. When applying the technique used in the second experimental group, an improvement in indicators was established on the 14th day in comparison with the first experimental group, which indicates a positive effect of the combination of ultrasonic debridement with plasma injections.
