The аim of the work: to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of dermlipectоmy with hernioabdominoplasty during surgical interventions in patients with hernias and ventral excess tissues.
Materials and Methods. This study was performed based on the own results of paraoperative examinations and treatments of 67 adult patients in order to study intra-abdominal pressure, postoperative pain, ventro-metric, morphological and statistical methods.
Results and Discussion. The substantiated rational principle of operation in conditions of abdominal obesity and other ventral excesses of the abdominal wall is applied. It was established that the latter have mainly supra-aponeurotic location and metric characteristics corresponding to the size of the hernia, the severity of adipose and fibrous-scar tissues in their composition. Algorithms for their sono-ventrometric evaluation and dermo-fibrolipectоmy simultaneous with hernioplasty have been developed. The use of tactics of preoperatively calculated interventions allowed to significantly reduce the frequency of local complications of hernio-abdominoplasty and improve the quality of life and health in different herniological patients.
