СТАНДАРТИ НАЛЕЖНОЇ АПТЕЧНОЇ ПРАКТИКИ ЯК БАЗИС РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ КОНЦЕПЦІЇ ФАРМАЦЕВТИЧНОЇ ДОПОМОГИ ПАЦІЄНТАМ ІЗ ЦУКРОВИМ ДІАБЕТОМ

Анотація

Мета роботи: визначення атрибутів належної аптечної практики в реалізації концепції фармацевтичної допомоги хворим на цукровий діабет на підставі аналізу міжнародного досвіду.

Матеріали і методи. Об’єктами дослідження слугували інформація баз даних мережі Інтернет PubMed, Cochrane Library тощо та міжнародні рекомендації. Застосовували контент-аналіз, бібліосемантичний, логічний, аналітичний, узагальнюючий аналізи.

Результати дослідження та обговорення. Дослідження науковців свідчать про значну роль фармацевтів у діабетологічній допомозі хворим на цукровий діабет. Впровадження стандартів належної аптечної практики є ефективним у процесі надання фармацевтичної допомоги. Фармацевти можуть покращити результати лікування цукрового діабету за рахунок надання кваліфікованої фармацевтичної допомоги. Впровадження атрибутів належної аптечної практики є світовою практикою надання фармацевтичної допомоги хворим на цукровий діабет. Визначено атрибути належної аптечної практики в реалізації концепції фармацевтичної допомоги хворим на цукровий діабет, що включають: інформування про фактори ризику цукрового діабету та пропаганду здорового способу життя; виявлення недіагностованого та некоменсованого цукрового діабету; навчання хворих самоконтролю цукрового діабету тощо.

Висновок. В Україні на даному етапі майже не реалізовується в практичному плані використання здобутків стандартів належної аптечної практики, які орієнтовані на певне хронічне захворювання, таке як цукровий діабет. Впровадженню належної аптечної практики повинно передувати вивчення потреб хворих на цукровий діабет та актуальність впровадження для них атрибутів належної аптечної практики в аптечному закладі.
