The aim of the work. To conduct pharmaco-technological research to develop the composition and technology of the combined medicine for pharmacotherapy of alcohol intoxication in the form of effervescent powder for oral solution, the active substances of which are glycine, glutamic acid, acetylsalicylic and ascorbic acid.
Materials and Methods. The active pharmaceutical ingredients and excipients (sorbitol, fructose, glucose, sucrose, citric acid monohydrate and citric acid anhydrous) are used in the research, which meet the requirements of regulatory documentation. The analysis was performed using organoleptic, physical and pharmaco-technological research methods.
Results and Discussion. The use of sorbitol as a filler and flavor corrector in a medicinal product has been experimentally substantiated; calculated the mass of citric anhydrous acid and sodium bicarbonate, which are optimal for creating an effervescent effect in the preparation of oral solution, as well as determine the highest index of taste sensation (according to the method of A. Tentsova); the main pharmaco-technological characteristics of drug mixtures are determined; resource-saving technology of industrial production is developed, critical parameters of technological process are defined.
Conclusions. The obtained results can be used in the development of batches of medicine in the production process.
