Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The following materials must be sent on-line or by e-mail to journaltdmy@gmail.com:
- Manuscript. The file should be named in English with the last name of the first author of the article, for example, Adamenko.doc. The file format for text and tables is a MS Word (.doc, .docx or .rtf) document. Drawings, photos, schemes, etc. can be black-white or coloured. Colour illustrative material is prevailing. Format of drawings should be .tif, .gif, .jpg, or .pdf or another compatible with Word. For reviews and experimental articles it is permissible to submit no more than 6 drawings; for short messages – no more than 4. If the illustrations published by other authors are used in the article, the author of the manuscript should provide the editorial office with a documentary confirmation of the permission to use these illustrations from the copyright owner.
- Cover Letter from the authors (in any form) signed by the author/authorsconfirming the article has not been published or submitted for publication in any other national and international journals, and is not a reworking of previously published articles.
- Information about the authors. For each author in Ukrainian and English: name and surname, position, scientific degree and title, affiliation, city, country, e-mail and ORCID. The corresponding author should be specified, indicating their contact (mobile) telephone number.
- Licensing agreement of the transfer of copyright to the journal, signed by all authors on the last page. The contract becomes legally effective only after acceptance of the article for publication. None of the parts of publication may be used for commercial purposes without permission of the publisher.
