THE ELECTRONIC DATABASE OF CLINICAL CASES AS A WAY OF CONTINUOUS PRACTICAL ORIENTED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF PHYSICIANS

The article describes the forms of presentation of clinical cases based on informational and educational web-technologies. The main forms of presentation of clinical cases include publications (detailed description of the clinical case in the form of an article or a description of the standardized patient), publication with a separate test simulator described in the article clinical situation (description of the standardized patient), presentation of the clinical case, presentation of the clinical case with the test simulator based on сlinical situation and clinical guidelines, clinical case audio/video lecture, clinical case audio/video lecture with test simulator based on сlinical situation and clinical guidelines, the simulator of the clinical case, the simulator of working out of practical skills, medical educational web-quests. The structure of the electronic database of clinical cases is presented.
The proposed classification of forms of presentation of clinical cases based on informational and educational web-technologies, the introduction of which in the educational process in addition to traditional forms will improve the quality of education, develop clinical thinking, thinking based on the principles of evidence-based medicine. The electronic database of clinical cases is presented, through it is possible to realize the continuous practically oriented professional development of medical specialists.
