OPTIMIZATION OF FAMILY MEDICINE SPECIALISTS’ PRACTICAL TRAINING AT THE PRE-GRADUATE LEVEL

The aim of the work – to improve the ef? ciency and quality of students’ knowledge by optimization of family medicine practitioners’practical training at the undergraduate level.
The main body. The examples of the newest original technologies of leading practicals using interactive forms of cognitive activity are represented in the article. Paired and team-work was used to involve all students in tuition, motivation of their intellectual ability, formation of communicative skills. Clinical situations modelling, situational analysis and solution of innovative tasks (using Edwardde Bono method), group solution of the problem were chosen as the teaching methods.
The article deals with the problem of making more ef? cient training of family medicine specialists at the undergraduate level. Original elaborations of interactive technologies for practical training optimization were suggested to introduce into tuition process. Organizational and methodical aspects of the innovation were determined; accomplished and planning package was given, its ef? ciency was studied. Targeted, consistent and systemic implementation of innovative interactive methods into practice will enable to improve the subject learning considerably. These innovative interactive methods are based on active interaction of tuition participants and engage complete teaching process from its objective determination to desired results.
Conclusion. Interactive teaching methods stimulate students’ cognitive activity, improve complex problems solving skills and develop the skills of constructive cooperation among future family medicine specialists.
