Abstract

The aim of the study – to determine the main areas of improvement and improve the educational process for students of discipline «Neurology» outside classroom work.

Materials and Methods. Concerning the leading role of the independent methodological developments for practical training were examined and studied.

Results and Discussion. The structure of the educational process of the neurological discipline is integrated and focused on compliance with the logical sequence of teaching and is divided into appropriate training modules. The new standard educational programs on neurology proportion belong to the independent work students, so in the learning process two types of independent work of students (CPC) are used: CPC lecture that runs on classroom training under the direct supervision of the teacher and his task; extracurricular CPC, which is performed in extracurricular time on the instructions and at the methodological guidance of teachers, but without his direct participation or with partial direct participation of the teacher in the title role of artist-student are important and help to activate self-study in the assimilation of knowledge in the discipline.

Conclusions. Independent work of students – an important part of the educational process that provides individualization of each student and can be seen both as a means of improving his artistic personality. Improving individual work aimed at improving the educational process, its intensification and optimization, enhance learning, increased educational and learning of students and reduce classroom activity.
