Abstract

The aim of the study analyze the efficiency of educational course for in doctors specialty “General practice – family medicine”, which was at the Department of Family Medicine and therapy of research institute of postgraduate education and the branch of the department in the city.Kremenchug.

Materials and methods. Evaluating the of efficacy of educational technology used was performed at the end of the cycle testing using licensed computer program «Elex» (2-3 asked 150 questions difficulty level from the corresponding profession) and by checking mastering practical skills by standardized maps practical skills and summarizing anonymous questioning. An important feature of the educational process in postgraduate medical education is also a close combination of theoretical and practical training, because great importance is the complexity of learning: the use of distance education on the stage of theoretical knowledge and practical skills training at the clinical sites. This is a convincing explanation for the presence of part-time study and explain the advantage of distance education where the students away from the base of the institution. Distance education forms can not be used alone and in combination with classical forms of education.

Results and discussion. There were seen the efficiency of distance learning, according to test results and mastering practical skills.

Conclusions. Distance education at the postgraduate stage training of interns and medical students of is self-focused work using modern information technologies, the effectiveness of which depends on the teacher methodologically structured process, information and communication capacity of higher education. There were given recommendations on the implementation of elements of distance learning in the practice of the research institute of postgraduate education.
