THE USING OF MEDICAL TRAINING SIMULATOR IN THE LEARNING PRACTICAL SKILLS ON THE SUBJECT “SURGERY”

The aim of the study – to improve the mastery of practical skills and techniques students of medical faculties in higher education institutions of the fourth level in the study course "Surgery".
Materials and Methods. Under temporary cross-cutting work program for the training of students of medical faculties in higher education institutions IV level of accreditation and training educational qualification level "Specialist "(Kyiv, 2015), for acquiring practical skills and techniques in the list of practical skills that must master students of IV-VI courses of medical faculty in the study course "Surgery" states that they have to learn and study the following practical techniques and skills "proctology".
Results and Discussion. To help mastering these practical skills at the Department of Surgery and Cardiac Surgery number 2 at the base of vivarium we set up a training center on "Surgery" to teach students of the IV-VI courses of medical faculty. Advantages of simulator training in quality mastering finger rectal examination were followed. When performing palpation simulator with insert normal mucosa in men and women, students were able to understand and feel the difference tactile techniques while performing a comparative perspective.
Conclusions. The use of medical training simulator palpation rectal tumors enables students to acquire practical skills of proctology and systematically improve them. In our experience, practicing skills in medical training simulator is extremely keen interest, increases motivation of students to deepen knowledge of surgery, giving everyone the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge and skills.
