THE ROLE OF COMPUTER TECHNOLOGIES IN EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF TEACHING OF INTERNAL MEDICINE IN 5 STUDENTS OF COURSE IN MEDICAL FACULTY

The aim of study – to evaluate the attitude of 5th year students of medical faculty, as future specialists for the educational process through questionnaires using computer and Internet technologies for preparation of practical classes.
Materials and methods. A survey was condukted among 111 students of medical faculties, 80 (72.1 %) among them are studying at state-funded education 31 (27.9 %) on a contract basis.
Results and discussion: Сomputers for training are used daily by 67.5 % of budget students and 80.6 % of contract. In most cases, students work on a computer by “Krok-2” test and methodological recommendations of the department: 95 % and 96.3 % of students on the budget and 90.3 % and 96.8 % on contract basis. Both budget students (90 %) and contract students (80.6 %) use computer technology to work with protocols of medical care, exactly the orders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. During the training, the teaching of clinical disciplines involves understanding students the modern technologies, which relate to both diagnosis and treatment of patients. 86 % of students consider it necessary to get acquainted with modern high-tech research methods, and most of them (53.8 %) expressed the opinion that they were acquainted with practical classes during their studies.
Conclusions. The use of computer softwares program in the educational process assists future general practitioners in the understanding the knowledge and formation of skills, which develops educational and practical activities.
