SIMULATION METHODS OF TRAINING WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MODERN CLINICAL PROTOCOLS FOR APPLICANTS IN THE SPECIALTIES OF MEDICINE AND NURSING

Simulation training is an effective element for the comprehensive improvement of theoretical and practical skills in compliance with the basic principles of modern clinical protocols in emergency medicine. It allows students to develop key clinical competencies, especially those that are difficult to achieve through theoretical knowledge alone, while improving teamwork and encouraging critical thinking. That is why simulation experience provides an effective approach to teaching and learning this discipline, as it allows students to become active and fully involved in the learning process.
At the same time, simulation-based teaching methods also benefit teachers, as they provide them with a better opportunity to assess students in this environment. The educational process at the Department of Emergency Care and Simulation Medicine makes it possible to implement elements of simulation and training in the educational process. The university training centre for simulation training adapted a virtual format, according to the European educational and control programmes, as well as the above method of ensuring the educational process at the department, ensuring a high level of mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical skills by the students.
