THE USE OF INTERACTIVE METHODS OF TEACHING WITH IMPLEMENTATION OF THEM IN CLINICAL CONDITIONS IN BUILDING OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES IN FUTURE MEDICAL EMPLOYEES

The experience of practical use of a combination of interactive innovative technologies, such as simulation training (scenario) and business (role) play, with further consolidation of the acquired knowledge and practical skills in the conditions of the clinic is highlighted in the work. The effectiveness of combining these methods in the formation of professional and communicative competencies in future medical employees was evaluated.
An effective combination of interactive practical teaching methods with the implementation of these techniques in a real clinical environment can simultaneously solve a number of problems, meet current teaching requirements, and can be recommended for widespread implementation in the learning process.
