Анотація

Представлено огляд робіт із степлерної техніки анастомозування стравоходу і тонкої кишки після гастректомії за
останні 5 років. Удосконалення степлерних апаратів відбувається в напрямі дозованої компресії тканин залежно від
товщини стінок органів, головок із змінним положенням, наявності систем зворотного зв’язку.
