Abstract

The national strategy of the development of education in Ukraine focuses on competence approach to the content and structure of the educational process. State higher educational standards in the fields of Medicine and Pharmacy include the list of professional competences, as well as key competences that are formed lifelong. Modern healthcare professional requires a confident use of the means of critical thinking, the development of which should occur at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels and be based on modern achievements of pedagogy.
