The main body. For a deeper understanding of the importance of regular monitoring of adverse reactions/lack of efficacy of drugs as part of the public policy in the field of pharmacovigilance, in the study of pharmacology students should be familiarized with the spectrum and frequency of these reactions in a particular region. This will facilitate the presentation of the theoretical material and the formation of the belief among the future professionals about the necessity for such activity in realization of an effective and safe pharmacotherapy.
Conclusion. The awareness of students of the medical, dental and pharmaceutical faculties about the importance of pharmacovigilance is increasing with the illustration of theoretical knowledge with the information on the range of adverse reactions that are registered in health care institutions in the region.
