Abstract

The aim of the study is to reveal the essence and peculiarities of application of interactive teaching methods usage during practical classes on Pharmacy management and marketing.

The main body. Materials and methods: interactive teaching methods usage during practical classes on Pharmacy management and marketing exemplified by role play and demonstration. The quality of pharmacy students training in Pharmacy management and marketing depends on their interest, creative abilities, motivation, that stimulates cognitive and practical activity of educational process participants. It can be achieved by means of a role play as a form of active learning in the process of which a role structure is an integral part to organize a practical class, that is, roles breakdown, demonstrating activity and behavior of students under conditions close to realistic. Application of the interactive method of “demonstration” enables a student to train practical skills, to determine alternative methods to solve case problems, and consolidate the learned material.     

Conclusions: interactive teaching methods usage during classes on Pharmacy management and marketing promotes advanced theoretical and practical training of students, forms business communication skills and teach to unlock individual potential.
