Abstract. The article deals with the approaches to the development of a curriculum for the elective academic subject “Medicinal Chemistry” to be taught to students of “Medical Psychology” based on the quantitative assessment of separate intersubject connections with the basic subjects “Biological and Bioorganic Chemistry”, “Physiology and Neurophysiology”, and “Pharmacology”. Taking into consideration the irrelevance of titration to the modern clinical determination of gastric juice acidity, the scarcity of professionally significant moments, and their partial interlacing with other related academic subjects, teaching this topic does not seem practically expedient. On the contrary, numerous skills from different subjects, related to 36 structural academic elements of the topic “Colligative Properties of Bioliquids” from “Medicinal Chemistry”, prove the importance of its teaching. That is why we propose to exclude and move the topic “Titrimetry. Acid-base titration” to the selfeducation block, expanding “Colligative Properties of Solutions” to 4 academic hours instead of the current 2 hours. The updated curriculum of “Medicinal Chemistry” for students of “Medical Psychology” is professionally oriented and has been developed based on consolidated ideas of teachers who work with the students of Medical Psychology regarding the general content of this subject and its interdisciplinary integration.
