PHILOSOPHICAL AND SCIENTIFIC PERSPECTIVES OF HUMANITIES IN MODERN LEARNING CONDITIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS

Abstract. The article substantiates that, based on the clarification of the essential characteristics of the information space through the concepts of information reality and information capabilities, the main risks of the information society are revealed: manipulation of the information array with the aim of disinforming the population, abuse of the capabilities of the virtual environment, artificial intelligence, disruption of the balance of information and energy exchange in the system "individual – society – nature". The importance of the Internet and digital technologies is revealed not only in improving knowledge and education, but also in creating new opportunities for education and training, which is very convenient and effective. Webinars, online courses, open educational resources and platforms allow you to gain knowledge regardless of your place of residence, which contributes to the accessibility of quality education. This is especially evident in the mastering of medical programs, computer information systems and software engineering. The significance of digital technologies that facilitate intercultural exchange, allow 3 students from different universities to interact and exchange knowledge, experience, ideas and cultures is highlighted. This creates new opportunities for the development of global cooperation in science, business and culture. The role of humanities is substantiated, which can contribute to the development of technologies that improve accessibility and efficiency in the information space, in particular, for students of medical faculties. This includes the latest technologies for students studying in a mixed form of mastering program material, faster adaptation to university public and scientific life and social integration. Modern universities and their student and teaching potential are the locomotive of the future intellectual, cultural and spiritual status of their own country, which is expressed in the staffing of the state body and the improvement of decision-making processes. It is noted that through the analysis of large-scale and cumbersome information, the reduction of corrupt schemes, humanities can help in the development of tools to improve decision-making at the level of government institutions, governments, local community bodies and other organizations. The importance of trend forecasting, analysis of social processes and identification of potential problems, which help to ensure more effective management and planning, is noted.
