EXPERIENCE IN ORGANIZING SIMULATION TRAINING OF FUTURE DENTISTS IN UKRAINIAN NOWADAYS REALITIES

Abstract. The article describes the essence of one of the priority directions of higher medical education - simulation training, which is an effective pedagogical tool for quality training of future dentists for independent practical medical activity.The main factor of successful simulation training is the creation of artificial clinical scenarios as close as possible to the real practical situation.Taking into account that dentistry as a scientific and practical discipline belongs to special medical specialties that have mainly manual forms of practical activity effectiveness, the introduction and implementation of simulation training is of particular importance.The advantages of this approach have been determined, which allows to improve the quality of learning of practical manipulation skills by students.
The purpose of the article is to review literature data and to present the experience of organizing simulation training of future dentists at the Department of Pediatric Dentistry of IFNMU in the Ukrainian nowadays realities.
