Abstract

The article analyzes the main aspects of the professional and communicative competence formation for the  masters of medicine in university conditions, focuses attention on the “professional and communicative competence for masters of medicine” as a complex professional quality, clarifies the essence of the formation of this component of the professional training of highly qualified specialists in the medical field, reveals the means for mastering speech skills and abilities necessary for communication, a set of knowledge about the norms and rules of communication.
