INTERACTIVE TEACHING METHODS – A WAY OF INCREASE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN HIGHER MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS

Higher education remains an important component of modern society, however, in the conditions of traditional forms and methods of education, students, passively receiving information, do not know how to acquire it independently and apply what they know. The priority of modern medical education should be the personality of the medical student, therefore, today the relevance of interactive learning methods is acquired, that should lead to a qualitative change in the pedagogical process. Interactive teaching methods are the subject of numerous studies, but there is still no comprehensive study of the problem of improving the quality of professional training in medical universities in the process of studying disciplines with the use of interactive learning methods.
The goal is to substantiate the use of interactive teaching methods in the professional training of medical students.
Implementation of interactive learning methods is a promising direction of learning; their implementation contributes to the creation of additional opportunities for updating the content of education, methods of teaching disciplines and dissemination of knowledge, which are based on modern multimedia technologies. Interactive learning makes it possible to diversify the learning process, which is also a factor in increasing interest in discipline and motivation.
