Abstract

The article describes the experience of introducing the latest interactive technologies into the educational process, which are widely used at the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Future specialist must have critical thinking, consider alternative approaches to solving complex medical problems, perform comprehensive analysis and predict the consequences of decisions, resolve possible conflict situations, use the experience gained while studying in the university. Formation of such experience becomes possible using interactive forms and methods of study with modeling of teamwork in real time in, participation in business games, discussions, solving professional situational problems etc.

The COVID-19 pandemic has made adjustments to the educational process around the world. Ternopil National Medical University also accepted this challenge. Among the modern technologies introduced into the educational process are the introduction of on-line training on the Microsoft Office 365 platform, namely Microsoft Teams.

An effective combination of interactive practical teaching methods with the implementation of these techniques in a real clinical environment can simultaneously solve a number of problems, meet current teaching requirements, and can be recommended for widespread implementation in the learning process.
