Abstract

Abstract. In the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, distance forms of training of cadet doctors at the faculties of postgraduate education come to the fore and correspond to the main trends in the provision of educational services in the world. The current situation with quarantine will only increase the demand for new forms of information education. The article highlights the use of interactive methods alongside traditional teaching methods. These methods require changes in the approaches to teaching all disciplines, the use of new non-standard formats. All participants in the educational process need to master the skills of using computer and telecommunications technologies.

The advantages and disadvantages of distance learning are characterized and analyzed. Advantages: accessibility and comfort of training, freedom of choice of content, time, topic, form and method of training and more. Disadvantages include the difficulties of doctors in mastering online technologies, the audience has different ages and levels of educational opportunities, there is no face-to-face communication between teachers and cadets, there is no opportunity to learn new practical skills.

The use of various methods and forms of education in continuing postgraduate education of doctors allows to provide different social groups in any region of the country with equal educational opportunities; to increase the quality of education through more active use of scientific and educational potential; allows doctors to gain new knowledge. in parallel with the main activity.
