A SET OF EXERCISES FOR STUDYING THE DATIVE CASE IN PRACTICAL CLASSES IN UKRAINIAN LANGUAGE AS A FOREIGN ONE

The article studies the principles of optimization of the learning process of Ukrainian language by foreign students. The difficulties of learning the category of the Dative case in the course of Ukrainian language as a foreign one are analyzed. The example of the tables systematizes the cases’ endings of nouns, adjectives, numerals and pronouns in the dative case, which is a kind of visual support and will facilitate students’ perception of educational material. The table contributes to the better absorption of knowledge, saves study time and helps to teach the Ukrainian language more systematically, which provides the perception of non-separate, disparate facts that are reduced to the system, as a rule, in the last lessons on the topic, but immediately – knowledge system of a particular topic. The system of exercises for learning the Dative case on the Ukrainian language’ lessons as a foreign one that will improve the learning process and the level of students’ knowledge, significantly increase the efficiency’ organization of their educational and cognitive activities used in the article. It is noted that the study of Ukrainian as a foreign language involves several aspects. Grammar is one of such aspects. Grammar plays an important role in teaching foreign language speaking, which is a kind of a framework where vocabulary is based. The learning of Grammar and proper spelling and the recognition of grammatical forms in language and writing are due to the formation of grammatical skills.
