Abstract

The aim of the work – to optimize the teaching and distribution of algorithms for the implementation of practical skills by emergency medicine physicians at the prehospital and early hospital stages in accordance with modern standards for the provision of emergency medical care.

The main body. To implement and provide adequate instrumental support for the demonstration and the subsequent development of practical skills, the department has specialized mannequins and equipment that allow to fully carry out all the manipulations provided by the algorithms of emergency medical care. An important aspect in which the department follows the modern international standards of assistance is the distribution of teaching practical skills to provide emergency care, taking into account the generally accepted concepts of BLS (basic life support) and ALS (advanced life support).

Conclusion. Optimization of the practice of teaching practical skills to provide urgent medical care in accordance with modern standards for the treatment of urgent conditions increases the quality of care and helps to reduce the loss of time at the pre-hospital stage, which can significantly increase survival and the percentage of positive prediction for patients with urgent medical pathology.
