The aim of the work – to highlight the importance of creating databases for the practice of students who obtain higher pharmaceutical education, and to manage the process of organizing practical training and placement of university graduates.
The main body. In order to create a unified platform that brings together employers, educators, and higher education graduates; the formation of databases and the management of the process of organizing the practical training and employment of university graduates, we have developed and implemented a new project “Career and Employment” in the educational activity since 2018. With the support of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Centre we have developed a separate electronic platform. There is a positive experience in the distribution of students to practice in Germany, where they turn to “online exchanges for practitioners” (Praktikumsbörsen). The sites provide tips on how to practice – from a student’s application to pharmacy management to obtainsty a certificate of practical education.
Conclusion. Thus, today it can be argued that the creation of conditions for effective practical training and employment of graduates of the National Pharmaceutical University contributes to the achievement of the final result: the quality of educational services – a competitive specialist – the welfare of society.
