ПОРІВНЯННЯ РІЗНИХ МЕТОДИК ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ЦЕНТРАЛЬНОГО СПІВВІДНОШЕННЯ ЩЕЛЕП (СИСТЕМАТИЧНИЙ ОГЛЯД)

Анотація

У цій статті проведено систематичний огляд публікацій щодо порівняння різних методик визначення центрального співвідношення щелеп (ЦС). Мета дослідження – спираючись на дані наукових досліджень, встановити надійний клінічний спосіб визначення ЦС, за допомогою якого можна записати, повторити та відтворити цю позицію в клінічних умовах. Матеріали та методи. Цей систематичний огляд проводився відповідно до рекомендацій PRISMA (Preferred reporting items for systematic review and meta-analysis protocols) і рекомендацій PICO. Пошук дослідницького матеріалу здійснювався в кількох базах даних за ключовими словами. Для оцінювання ризику упередженості в рандомізованих контрольованих дослідженнях було застосовано інструмент Cochrane Collaboration, а для нерандомізованих досліджень – індекс методологічної якості MINORS. Оцінювання якості та сили наявних доказів здійснювалося за допомогою системи GRADE (Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation). Результати. Було проведено аналіз наукових статей, опублікованих у період від січня 2013 року по грудень 2023 року. За результатами пошуку до списку внесено 840 статей. Після перевірки з використанням критеріїв виключення було розглянуто й обговорено вісім статей щодо різних методів постановки НЩ в положення ЦС. Автори дослідження дійшли висновку, що практикуючі стоматологи різних напрямів (терапевти, ортопеди, ортодонти) повинні спиратися на перевірені часом науково обґрунтовані та нескладні у виконанні методики, які дають найкращі результати за мінімальних витрат. Одним із таких методів, безсумнівно, є бімануальна техніка Доусона, яка в поєднанні з різцевим депрограматором дає змогу визначити положення ЦС, яке можна записувати, повторювати та відтворювати. Висновки. Існує кілька методик для точного та відтворюваного визначення ЦС щелеп. На думку авторів, слід віддавати перевагу бімануальній техніці Доусона, бажано в положенні лежачи.
