Abstract

The need for a single medical information space in Vinnitsa there was a long time, however, the actual implementation of the automated medical information system was made possible with the debugging of the program «Doctor Eleks.» The «Doctor Eleks» provides automation and linking all the main processes of the medical institutions. The goal of creating a unified information space of urban health by implementing the program «Doctor Eleks» improve the quality of medical services in Vinnitsya.
