Peer Review Process
The decision on publication is made by the Editorial Board based on the results of article reviewing. The Editorial Board (editors) does not undertake to explain the reasons for refusal of publication. Materials sent to the editorial office are not returned to the authors. Manuscripts must represent materials that have not been published previously and have not been submitted to other publications.
Procedure
Two independent experts review the content and originality of materials submitted for publication in the journal. The main principles of reviewing are double "blind" and confidentiality. Interaction between the author and reviewers takes place through the editorial office.
Ukrainian-language and English-language articles are assessed by editors for correctness and originality of phrasing. Any verbatim quotes from other publications must be enclosed in quotation marks and clearly attributed to the original sources.
Corrections are published upon request and after editorial review. Claims may be published in the journal at the request of the authors or their institutions, as well as after the determination of research misconduct. Notes are published in response to editorial errors related to scientific and/or publishing misconduct by authors or reviewers or to inform readers about the investigation conducted.
The Editorial Board reserves the right to refuse publication of materials that contain signs of plagiarism.
The journal is published on the Open Journal System platform with the possibility of cross-referencing, provided the articles are correctly formatted.
Publication Ethics
The legal basis for ensuring the practice of publication ethics consists of international standards: provisions adopted at the 2nd World Conference on Research Integrity; provisions developed by The Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the norms of the "Copyright" section of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
Open Access Policy
The journal provides immediate open access to its content, making research freely available to the public, supporting the global exchange of knowledge for general societal progress.
All articles with a CC-BY license, after the manuscript is accepted for publication, are published in open access mode, permanently and free of charge for all who wish to read and/or download them.
