The mathematical method of calculation of the secondary radiation is offered from biological objects, for example uniform elements of blood. By means of matrix method were defined the features of peak functions and elements of matrix for normal and pathological deformations of red corpuscles and leucocytes. The results of thematic calculations of changes of matrix component at the diseases of human organism are presented. Recommendations are defined in relation to development of criteria of estimation of the pathological states of uniform blood elements. The method of analysis of electric and magnetic fields in the area of fellow creature of laser radiation at research of descriptions of diphasic biological environments is offered.
