A method of treatmentand prevention of tubal Infertility is offered. The method is based on carrying out laparoscopy reconstructive plastic surgeries with further prescription of intraoperative and postoperational adhesion preventive measures; it is effective and can be used in practical medicine. Application of this method raises the frequency of spontaneous uterus pregnancy two times, ensures faster renewal of physiological functions of the body in the postoperational period and reduces the frequency of postoperational complications and adhesion formation by 6.3% and 25% accordingly. The intraoperational application of gel adhesionproof barrier method promotes improvement of the results of medical diagnostic laparoscopy. The fast effect of antiadhesion gel for prevention of adhesions as one of the most frequent reasons of tubal infertility is ensured by intraoperational application of the medicine and by duration of its effect during 5 days, which are the most critical period for adhesion formation.
