PECULIARITIES OF CHANGES OF REPRODUCTIVE HORMONES IN CASE OF MISSED

138 women with missed abortion were examined. The content of hormones was determined: estradiole, progesteron, prolactine, chorionic gonadotropine. The reduction of the levels of chorionic gonadotropine progesteron, estradiole was found to take place in case of missed abortion in the early terms of gestation. The reduction of the level of chorionic gonadotropine was the most marked on 47,45 % in the 5-6 weeks of gestation and on 40,28 % in the 7-8 weeks of gestations. he reduction of levels of reproductive hormones is especially marked during the 5-6 weeks of gestation.
