PROGNOSTIC VALUE OF MARKERS OF PRENATAL SCREENING IN PLACENTAL DYSFUNCTION INTRODUCTION.

Abstract

The study invoived ЗО pregnant women of the main group and ЗО pregnant women with uncompiicated course of the gestation process . The
main criterion of seiection was the presence of abnormaiities according to the resuits of the first biochemicai screening in pregnant women with hyperandrogenism ( HA ). Pregnant of the "risk group" on the occurrence of piacentai dysfunction in 2О-24 , З4-З7 weeks of gestation underwent a study of the reproductive hormones, piacentai iactogen, estrioiand progesterone. Women with HA starting f r o m ^ -
24 weeks of pregnancy were diagnosed the concentrations of aii hormones compared with the data in physioiogicai pregnancy was significantiy reduced.
