DIAGNOSTIC DIFFICULTIES AT INPOLYCAUSAL ANOVULATORY INFERTILITY.

A retrospective study of 581 clinical cases was conducted for 2000-2014 years. There was found that the most frequently diagnostic difficulties observed in anovulatory infertility with multivariate mixed genesis. There was analyzed matching algorithm for diagnostic work with current clinical protocols and international standards. We discussed the feasibility of treating patients with anovulatory infertility with multifactorial genesis should be conducted solely on the basis of specialized medical centers, having sufficient medical specialists of
Gynecological Endocrinology and technical equipment necessary for the clinical laboratory and instrumental diagnostic tests.
