Abstract

Summary. Allergy was previously considered as condition that accompanies chronic pancreatitis, but does not have general mechanisms of development. But then it was found that such a mechanism is to break the cytokine link of immune defense and microcirculation. It was shown that prolonged circulatory disturbances can reduce the secretion of enzymes in software, and the disturbance of digestive processes, in turn, supports the ingestion of allergens in the body. That is, there is a certain correlation between allergic processes and pathogenesis of chronic pancreatitis.

The penetration of allergens can be via the inhalation route, parenterally or through the gastrointestinal tract. One of the essential factors is reactive dyskinetic and enzymatic disorders of the liver and biliary tract.

Allergic syndrome in chronic pancreatits is registered in 30 % of cases of manifestations of food, medical allergy (hives, eczema, allergic sinusitis). More often, CP is manifested by "eosinophilic" pancreatitis with an increase in eosinophils to 30–40 %.

Allocate symptoms that require attention of the physician and prove their value to patients. First, any red spots on the skin, itching after consuming a particular product, is an allergic reaction. Second, lowering blood pressure and tachycardia in this case should be perceived as an allergic reaction. Thirdly, itching in the rhino-oropharyngeal cavity and dry cough, bronchospasm is a negative sign of an allergic reaction in the prognostic plan.

Therefore, patients with chronic hepatitis C (especially with enzyme deficiency) are advised to undergo diagnosis of cellular and humoral immunity, diagnostics of foods that may cause food allergy, and must consult with dermatologists and allergists. If this is not possible, then it is necessary to exclude from the diet highly allergic products.
